SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • A R125 delivery fee will be charged to your cart on all orders under R1000.

 

  • Free delivery will apply only to orders with cart value above R1000.​​

​

  • Order will be shipped within 5 - 10 business days from when order was placed and paid.

​

  • The Goods shall be shipped to the User through the services of a courier of our selection:

 

  • The Goods shall be shipped to the User at the address selected during the payment process.

​

  • The Goods shall be delivered, where possible on a Business Day, but this shall depend on the courier company.

 

  • We shall endeavor to have the Goods shipped to you within ten business days of payment being received by us. However, we shall not be held liable for any late deliveries attended to.

​

  • In the case of large bulk custom orders please allow additional ten working days for shipping to take place.

 

  • Our obligation to provide the Goods to you is fulfilled upon delivery thereof. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the Goods after provision thereof to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed

  • We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:

  • The incorrect product has been delivered to you.

  • The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.

  • You do not want the product which was delivered to you.

  • The product has the incorrect size or specifications.

  • We cannot return/exchange custom golf covers, including club identification covers unless they are defective or damaged

 

When a Return and/or Exchange needs to be initiated

Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within five days of delivery of the product having been delivered to you.

 

The choices you have upon Returning the Product

When a product is returned to us you can:

  • Have your account credited.

  • Have the amount refunded to you.

  • Have the product replaced/exchanged.

 

How a Return and/or Exchange is initiated

All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by means of an email sent to info@foreshoresport.co.za setting out:

  • the reason for the return.

  • whether you would like the account credited or refunded or replaced/exchanged.

 

Condition of the Product Returned

In returning the product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:

  • Undamaged.

  • Unused.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.

 

Manner of Return

We will require you to return the product to our offices at the following address: 48 Berrydel Avenue, Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa, 7130

 

What will happen once a Product is returned

Once returned, and subject to a product inspection, your account with us will be credited or refunded or replaced, as per your preference.

 

Product Inspection

  • Once returned, and prior to accepting such return, we will be permitted to inspect the product.

  • Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return.
